Bodybuilder Workouts Chest by Team MuscleTech

Bodybuilder workouts International Chest Day! To start your training week off right, give this session a try. It begins with a pre-exhaust movement to help overload the chest muscles while ending in a machine press/drop set that'll help finish them off with a killer pump!

Pre-Workout:
