Workout

Today's workout was just a full upperbody workout... Chest-Chest Press 6 sets of 15, Bench Press-6 sets of 12, Triceps Push down-6 sets of 15, Bicep Curls-6 sets of 15, Incline Bench Press- 4 sets of 12, Dumbbell Curls-6 sets of 12, Chest Flyes-6 sets of 15.

Before the gym I took my Jack 3D a half hour before workout. let it kick in then went too the gym and exploded.... Came home and drank my 100% Whey Gold Standard with Flax Oil...

My results are really coming along....
