Workout

Today's workout was just a full upperbody workout... Chest-Chest Press 6 sets of 15, Bench Press-6 sets of 12, Triceps Push down-6 sets of 15, Bicep Curls-6 sets of 15, Incline Bench Press- 4 sets of 12, Dumbbell Curls-6 sets of 12, Chest Flyes-6 sets of 15.

Before the gym I took my Jack 3D a half hour before workout. let it kick in then went too the gym and exploded.... Came home and drank my 100% Whey Gold Standard with Flax Oil...

My results are really coming along....

1st Video blog

Hello Everyone.... Today I did my 1st video blog. Man was i nerves... Lol... But with good support I got through it and it was not bad. My video blog is about fitness and what I do in the gym and what proteins I take and preworkouts I take as well. I hope everyone will check out my videos and follow me.

Today's workout

Hello everybody. Today's workout was great. Today I focused on all Shoulders, Traps and Abs. I performed 6 sets of 15 per muscle. Felt a little fatigued but I pushed throw it.

Did a video today but I gotta fix it because it's sideways lol. I hope everyone is enjoying my blog. Thanks for following me...
